This notice explains how DC Memories processes personal data collected through the website, contact forms and activities related to promoting and selling event services.

It is provided for transparency and does not replace tailored legal advice; for specific contractual situations please refer to the agreements signed with the customer.

The data controller is DC Memories, reachable via the addresses shown on the website Contact page.

For privacy-related requests you may use the same channel and include "Privacy - data subject request" in the subject line.

Technical and browsing data (for example IP address, browser type, pages visited, access times) collected through server logs or similar tools, strictly as needed for secure operation of the site.

Data voluntarily provided by the user (name, surname, email, phone, message content, event details) when filling in contact forms or requesting commercial information.

Any further categories will be specified at collection or in the service contract.

Handling information and quote requests, and subsequent delivery of the booked service (legal bases contract and pre-contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Legal, accounting and rights defence obligations (legal obligation or legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR).

Promotional communications only where explicit consent is required by law (legal basis consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Data are kept only as long as necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and within statutory limits (for example accounting records).

After the retention period data are erased or anonymised, unless retention is still required for ongoing disputes or authority requests.

Data may be processed by authorised staff of the controller and by technical vendors acting as processors (e.g. hosting, email, analytics) under written instructions and appropriate security measures.

Where vendors are located outside the European Economic Area, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or other safeguards under Arts. 44–49 GDPR.

You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability as set out in the GDPR by contacting the controller.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali at www.garanteprivacy.it).

The controller implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or accidental or unlawful destruction, in line with the accountability principle.
